Hi, I’m Nicole.

I’m usually the one researching the trip, booking the restaurants and getting excited about everything we could do. Brandon is the navigator and logistics master, so we make a pretty good team.

I started The Imprint Journal because I wanted to write about our travels while I could still remember how they felt. I love sharing the places I’d send a friend, but I also want to tell you what happened while we were there and why I’m still thinking about it.

Sometimes that means telling you where we found really good street tacos. Sometimes it means trying to explain why I cried over a bear I never met. You’ll find the details that helped us plan, the things we’d do again, and the moments I didn’t know would matter until they happened.
